As a policyowner, you may be in the best position to detect and report fraud to First Ameritas. If you suspect that an individual or agent has completed an application incompletely or provided misleading information or filed a false death or disability claim, let a First Ameritas client service representative know.

Incidents of fraud hurt the insurance industry by increasing policy rates and creating public distrust. First Ameritas wants to protect its customers from increased premium payments.
